This 3 bed, 2 bath home features a king size master en-suite, & 2 additional bedrooms that share a full bath (1 queen and 2 twin) Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including Keurig, auto drip, French press and coffee bean grinder. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a beach wagon. Enjoy a home away from home!
The space
There is a desk/workstation for your convenience, high speed internet, bar station, coffee station, outside grill. Bring your Netflix, Prime password for the smart TV's
The garage is NOT available for parking. $20/per day will be requested for pool heating October - May 31. You will be sent a request upon booking. Thank you!
Guest access
Guest can enjoy all parts of the house! Owner has a closet and one of the pantries locked off for personal use but all other parts of the home are accessible
to our guests. Including the fenced in back yard.
Other things to note
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience and this home is not in a gated community so if you need to park your boat in the driveway you can! Please note there are outside cameras on the front of the home and inside the garage. This is because we are out of state owners. There is one on the front door (Ring), driveway cam, and garage interior cam. There are none in the home, none in the back or any other areas. You will have a very private stay.
